Oregan Financial Services Ltd T/A Blackthorn Capital is an Independent Financial Advisory firm set up in 2009. We are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as an Investment Intermediary meaning that we provide broad based financial advice based on a fair analysis of the market.

As Independent Financial Advisors, we offer clients the choice of a fee based or commission based service. In recent years we have grown the business both organically and through acquisition - Heavey Life & Pensions (2010) and Whitestar (2012).

An associate company, ORegan Financial Ltd which began life in 2002 has been involved in acquiring a number of large commercial properties in the UK on behalf of clients. The largest such transaction was the acquisition of 10-18 Victoria Street in London (let to UK Government) for €100m in 2007.
