McCarthy Insurance Group was founded by Charles McCarthy in 1952 in Fermoy, Cork. His vision was to serve as each client’s true advocate – financially and personally. Today we are 180 employees across 13 branches nationwide with over 70,000 clients across the Group, and nearly seven decades later, we continue to focus on the needs of each client to offer fully objective and highly valued advice.
Our Financial Services Division was created in 1991 and now has approximately €150m in Funds Under Administration. Our team of Qualified Financial Advisors have circa 20 years average industry experience and we were awarded the Life & Pensions Industry Investment Broker of the Year in 2014 and the MoneyMate and Investor Best Life & Pensions Broker Winner in 2016.
